Thank you for scheduling a ClaimWizard online meeting with our team. You should have received a calendar invite and email from us with confirmation. If not, visit our Schedule a Demo page or call us at (210) 783-0102​, option 1, to book a date and time.

In order to join and participate in the online ClaimWizard meeting, we will be sharing our screen and audio with you via Zoom.US (this is the platform we use so that you can see our computer screens for the meeting.) The Zoom.US app may need to download a small application (Zoom Client for Meetings) in order to run prior to participating in the meeting.

Participating in the Meeting

On the day and time of the ClaimWizard meeting, you will need to visit the link included in your Confirmation Email (general @ claimwizard.com)

Tips for a Great Call

  1. Close all other unneeded applications
  2. Use fast internet with an ethernet cable
  3. Use headphones or call into the audio bridge number
  4. You will be able to see our screen, we can’t see yours (or your webcam) unless you choose to, but it is not needed for the call
  5. Remember, multiple people from your organization can attend from different locations by using the same Zoom link
