Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop, own and maintain the client relationship, acting as an advocate and trusted resource
  • Demonstrate products, features, and functions as a means to developing and progressing opportunities
  • Ensure clients have access to the right success activities; onboarding, training, and support
  • Leads are provided but you will be responsible for identifying points-of-contact and qualifying candidates
  • Maintain detailed CRM contacts, notes, and information
  • Develop processes and systems in relation to the position
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales of SAAS platforms
  • Working knowledge of CRM software/process and pipelining
  • Bonus: Fluent in English AND Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Strong listening, phone, and email communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
