Remote Technical Support Desktop Access
In order for the ClaimWizard support team to access your computer desktop remotely, you will need to download and install the free version of AnyDesk. The code will look similar to the one below.

After installing and running AnyDesk, you will be issued a one-time security code. The ClaimWizard Support Team will need this code over the phone with you in order to start a session.
This program will allow us to see your computer desktop and control the mouse/keyboard. Please close out any sensitive information prior to starting a remote session.
Feel free to delete AnyDesk from your computer when the session is completed.
