About Justin
What’s Your "Why"?
I’m driven by a passion for building people‑first, ethical, and impactful programs that advance the public good and meaningful long‑term relationships. In practice, this means helping people handle situations with clarity and confidence when things feel overwhelming or chaotic. I thrive on bringing structure, a sense of calm, and practical next steps that help others succeed. Over time, I’ve learned that an information deficit is rarely the primary issue; we want to be understood, have clear tracks to run on, and a strong sense of personal agency and security moving forward. In client success, that means turning complex claim workflows into clear, repeatable processes so teams can serve policyholders confidently and grow their businesses while minimizing chaos.
What’s a Fun Fact About You That Not Many People Know?
My son and I restored a 1967 Triumph Spitfire together, a small cherry-red British convertible with more style than reliability. We learned quickly that progress usually comes from slowing down, checking the basics, and solving one problem at a time. It was a good lesson in patience, problem-solving, and learning alongside my son. Given the tools he had, he came up with some great approaches that helped transform the car into a running and driving version of itself.

What’s Your Favorite Thing About Working at ClaimWizard?
ClaimWizard takes the long view. There’s a real respect here for the public insurance adjuster vocation and for the relationships that sustain it over time. I appreciate working in a place that understands both the complexity of the work and the human impact behind it. I love that we see ourselves as partners in the success of the industry, and that success is grounded in ethical systems and relationships.
Professional Background
I’ve spent much of my career working in roles where people are trying to make sense of complex systems while under real pressure. That has included client success, onboarding, education, and support across different industries. The common thread is helping people move from confusion to confidence by breaking complex processes into clear, repeatable steps that work in the real world.
Personal Background and Interests
I’m family-oriented and enjoy hands-on projects that involve learning how things work. I’m drawn to systems, mechanical, organizational, or human, and the quiet satisfaction of making them function a little more smoothly. Outside work, that often looks like tinkering, reading, or spending time with family.
Professional Milestones
- Learning how to teach complex ideas to people who didn’t ask for complexity.
- Building trust in environments where mistakes are costly and time matters.
- Translating experience into documentation, training, and systems others can use.
- Growing more comfortable with judgment, restraint, and knowing when not to intervene.
Key Skills & Expertise

Vision for the Future
I’m interested in doing work that compounds - building systems, documentation, and habits that make things easier over time rather than harder. At ClaimWizard, that means helping clients become more confident and independent while supporting a team that values clarity, follow-through, and thoughtful growth.
